Structure

20–25 minute workouts. Minimal equipment. Self-guided and easy to follow.

AMG Fitness programs are designed to serve a wide range of abilities, including wheelchair users, stroke survivors, amputees, individuals with neurological disabilities, senior citizens and those new to fitness. Rather than separating people by diagnosis, our programs are organized by ability and movement needs, allowing everyone to find a place to start.

All workouts are:

  • 20–25 minutes

  • Designed with minimal equipment

  • Focused on strength, core stability, cardio, and enhancing activities of daily living

  • Self-guided and easy to follow

Adapt Program

The Adapt program is designed for seated workouts that emphasize core strength, light cardio, and functional movement to support everyday activities.

Ideal For

Wheelchair users, those who prefer to workout seated, or those who are seeking the most accessible workout.

Move Program

The Move program offers seated/standing workouts that introduce more complex movements while maintaining safety and control. These workouts help improve strength, endurance, and functional movement with an option of adding weights.

Ideal For

Individuals who can stand or transfer to the floor independently and want to increase strength and endurance.

Gain Program

The Gain program provides full-body workouts with minimal modifications for those with higher mobility levels. Exercises are more advanced but still focus on improving strength, endurance, and functional movement with the option to add weights.

Ideal For

Amputees and individuals seeking a higher-intensity adaptive workout.

Move for Seniors

The Move for Seniors program includes workouts that focus on safe, joint-friendly that supports balance, mobility, strength, and injury prevention. These workouts are paced slower, eliminate jumping, and are designed to help seniors maintain strength and mobility.

Ideal For

Older adults looking for effective movement designed or those who want a low-impart workout.

Choosing the right program depends on how you move today—not where you think you should be. AMG Fitness encourages participants to select the program that feels safest and most comfortable for their current ability level. All programs are adaptable, and users can move between programs at any time.
